If you need to cancel or reschedule, just give us at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a fee of 50% of the cost of the service. No shows will be charged for the full cost of the service.

Our haircuts include a wash and basic blow dry. If you would like a full blowout or style with hot tools, please also book a wash+blowdry.
HAIRCUT SERVICE: It is totally up to you if you’d like to come with clean hair or dirty hair. Your stylist may suggest a wash depending on your scalp and hair conditions that day.
COLOR SERVICE: You can come in with your hair dirty or clean; your colorist will ask you about your recent hair routine, including your water situation at home and recent swimming/sunning exposure.
STYLING SERVICE: For event hair (weddings etc), please come in with dry “day-old” hair, meaning hair that has been washed and - if you normally condition - conditioned the day before..
